Backdrop and Simple Balloon Décor!

I’m a Deposit Policy.  Deposit is non-refundable. We understand that things happen in life, however, your deposit serves as a guarantee for our company to start working on your art pieces and décor. That includes equipment, personal, labor and therefore we are unable to refund deposits.

We request for 50% at signing and 50% the day of the event. 

I'm a  delivery policy.  We aim to please, and depending on the timing and day of your event, we will coordinate with you to ensure that delivery is successful, set up is done on time and décor is properly handled so you don't have to worry about it!
